Basic Troubleshooting

1. Restart the App:

2. Delete and Reinstall the App.

If restarting the app doesn't solve your problem, deleting the app and reinstalling from the App Store will solve most issues. (Don't worry, Apple will not charge you twice for an app already purchased with your Apple ID). For detailed instructions please select the corresponding problem category.

3. In-App Purchases

If you've deleted an app with an In-App Purchase, you won't have to buy again. Simply go through the process of “repurchasing” to reinstall.
