About Dental Patient Education
This is an animation based patient education app for dental professionals to effectively communicate dental conditions and treatment to their patients. This app also offers an anatomical reference tool that can also be used to inform patients, as well as being a useful reference guide.
The app's animations cover a variety of conditions and treatments in the areas of Prosthodontics, Endodontics, Orthodontics, Periodontics, Oral Surgery, Diagnostics and Prevention. The app also allows users to peel down layers of the jaw to reveal muscles, blood vessels and facial nerves, as well as view each type of tooth individually – with cross sections and superior and inferior views.

Consult
The app allows dental professionals to pause and then draw on any animation with the pen tool to highlight and annotate specific images within an animation. These images created during their consultation can also be sent to the patient via email.
